Location: Healdsburg Running Company (HRC), Healdsburg

• 12:00pm – 6:00pm – Packet Pickup for all events at HRC
• 6:00pm Healdsburg Running Co. Community Run with TERREX & IPA10k – Finish at Coyote Sonoma. IPA10k Beer Mile in Parking Lot! Drinks and food available to purchase.

Friday

Location: Healdsburg Running Company (HRC), Healdsburg

• 12:00-7:00pm – Packet Pickup for all events at HRC.
• 1:00pm – Pre-Race Meditation with TERREX Athlete Timothy Olsen
• 4:00pm – Happy Hour Social & Athlete Panel
• 5:00pm – 6:30pm – Pre-Race Dinner catered by Maria Clementi

Saturday

Location: Race Venue – Lake Sonoma Visitor Center

• 5:15am – Packet Pickup & Check-in for the 50 Mile
• 6:25am – Elite Start of Lake Sonoma 50 Mile

6:30am – Start of the Lake Sonoma 50 Mile

• 6:40am – Packet Pickup & Check-in for the Marathon
• 8:00am – Start of the Lake Sonoma Marathon
• 9:00am –  Packet Pickup & Check-in for the Trail Sisters Half Marathon (at Lone Rock Start Line)
• 10:00am – Start of the Trail Sisters Half Marathon – Lone Rock Start Line
• 11:00am – 8:30pm – Expo, Finish Party with DJ Marco, Happy Cat Pizza, Happy Hour Libations.
• 1:00pm – Trail Sisters Half Marathon & Marathon Awards
• 4:30pm – 50 Mile Awards
• 3:00pm – Finish of the Trail Sisters Half Marathon
• 6:00pm –  Finish of the Lake Sonoma Marathon
• 8:30pm – Finish of the Lake Sonoma 50 Mile

Sunday

Location: Coyote Sonoma, Healdsburg

• 10:30am – Vehicle Campers must clean their area and be packed up.
• 12:00pm -2:00pm – Thank You Celebration & Social at Coyote Sonoma with wine tastings and lite snacks for all attendees.
